Stages of adjusting of quality technical service of milking machine
Abstract
We investigated the requirements for the system maintenance dairy milking equipment dairy enterprises, which lead to the effective exploitation. The analysis of the overall configuration of an existing dairy milking equipment and the technical condition of the farms Zaporozhye region. The basic types of repair-serving actions of dairy milking equipment, depending on the type of transaction and the timing of the daily (every shift) Maintenance: periodic maintenance; Seasonal maintenance; Maintenance during storage; during transport; technical inspection; repair (current or capital depending on the characteristics, the degree of damage and wear of machines and equipment, their components and parts, as well as the complexity of repairs). Developed stages of debugging high-quality technical service dairy milking equipment by improving the methods of forecasting and the development of generic diagnostic technology. Stage 1 – meets dairy milking equipment requirements of GOST 28545 and ISO 5707. Stage 2 – the presence in the composition of milk and milking equipment measuring devices for the control of its major technical and technological parameters. Stage 3 – the presence of production and technical base for maintenance dairy milking equipment. Stage 4 – the presence of the producers dairy milking equipment technical means for the diagnosis of its technical and technological parameters. Step 5 – the existence of the guarantee and warranty dairy milking equipment. The description of the developed instrumentation to perform these operations: device for vacuum monitoring and the parameters of its pulsation milking machine, a set of equipment production control technical and technological parameters of milk and milking equipment «Tester milking machines».
